Food designer Franke Elshout has developed
especially for the Kapellerput five taste combinations
for each taste: sweet, sour, salt, bitter and umami. Our chef
uses these combinations of herbs, spices and other surprising ingredients in his dishes. In addition chocolatier and pastry cook Jacques van Bragt has created a unique bonbon spoon for each taste. For the connoisseurs amongst us: the five Kapellerput tastes aren’t confined to the kitchen, at each table you’ll find five taste mills which you can use to season each dish to your taste and create your own culinary work of art.
