Outdoor kitchen

The shady terrace behind the hotel bar is perhaps
the busiest spot of our conference hotel on a summer’s day.
Here you can relax in the shelter the forests provide and as soon as the weather permits our chef prepares his specialties in the wood-fired outdoor kitchen on the terrace; a unique example of industrial design by the well-known designer Dick van Hoff. This culinary event can last into the early hours, when you bid a tired, yet replete, goodnight.
