Relax completely on the Kapellerput hotel estate and discover the area where Vincent van Gogh was inspired and painted 194 paintings, including The Potato Eaters. We have put together a beautiful 62 km cycling route with highlights such as the Van Gogh Village Museum, the Mill Route, Roosgaarde cycle path and the Van Gogh Church. The renovated museum was opened by Queen Maxíma in 2023. At Van Gogh Village Museum, you will experience the Nuenen of 1884, when Vincent Van Gogh came to live there. At the permanent exhibition, you will interactively get to know Vincent as a person and see his development into a world-famous painter.
