Mindful yoga is a form of Hatha yoga that focuses on relaxation. Partly by practising postures and breathing exercises, you become more aware of your body, mind, breath and space. You get more energy, better focus and it reduces stress. This workshop offers mainly practical exercises through meditation, self-compassion, breathing exercises, mindfulness yoga and/or sensory walk. For a special and natural experience, we also offer this workshop outside on the estate.
