Always wanted to fence? This is your chance!
Led by, among others, the former national coach of both the Netherlands and Germany, you will get to know this elegant and surprisingly instructive sport in a fun and active way.

During the workshop, you will learn the basics of attack, defence and tactics, but above all that fencing is all about communication, focus and cooperation.

Sabre workshop: 1-1.5 hours

• Introduction to the world of fencing
• Practice with the weapon sabre, interspersed with amusing game forms and the whole thing ends by fencing with and against each other.
• Concluding with a whirlwind balloon fight between two teams
• maximum number of participants: 60

Sabre workshop + Electronic Degen competition for teams: 2-2½ hours

• Exciting electric epee competition in teams.
• Making choices, encouraging and coaching each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
• Getting to know the other in a different way - with room for own initiative, team spirit and, of course, a lot of fun! In short: a unique experience in which sport, fun and teambuilding come together.
• Maximum number of participants: 40
