Sheep herding is a playful teambuilding activity, outdoors in nature. Using various metaphors, links are made to key words such as: cooperation, communication, leadership, roles within a group, passion and ambition. What conditions must be met to form a good team? How does a person become a good leader? How can you communicate clearly and effectively? How do you get someone to want to work for you? These are all questions that come back in the sheep herding workshop. Together with your team towards a common goal.
