The Big Picture

Big Picture shows the importance of teamwork, cooperation and communication. All teams create a small piece that makes up the Big Picture. The canvases are collected and exhibited in one big work of art. During the big reveal, everyone sees the final result for the first time. Before any real painting can take place, the teams have to decide on a strategy and do tasks that allow them to earn their materials. After that, the teams soon realise that they do not have to compete, but that working together leads to the best result. Each team makes one or more canvases. They have to consult with the connecting canvases to pick out the right colours before they can start mixing. Each team makes 2 canvases that together form one life-size work of art. The teams have to deliberate to make the canvases blend together nicely and to match the right colours. It is not just another painting workshop. The result is a lasting memory based on a professional design. At the end of this event, you will be left with an amazing life-size work of art that, with 100 participants, can easily measure 3.5m x 2m. This artwork represents the unique vision of the future and values of which we had a professional design made by a graphic designer beforehand. This work of art is a lasting memory that all participants will recognise and can serve as a living reminder in your office for years to come.
