Walking in nature is hugely effective. Walking improves health, body and mind. Walking relaxes. Go outside during your meeting, get some fresh air and listen to the IVN guide's enthusiastic stories. You can also plan this walk during lunch. We provide a tasty and healthy lunch to go. Accompanied by an IVN guide, you will discover the peculiarities of nature around Kapellerput. Full of new energy, you resume the afternoon programme of the meeting and support the IVN.
