After last year's success, restaurant Cambium once again presents a tasty series of special evenings: Flavours of Cambium. Eight culinary themed evenings where seasonal dishes, local produce and atmosphere come together. At Kapellerput , we believe that every season has its own flavour. That is why we organise special culinary evenings throughout the year in which nature, creativity and hospitality come together.

From plant-based pleasures during the Week Without Meat & Dairy to white gold in spring. From sultry Spanish atmospheres and summer BBQ evenings on the terrace to autumnal game dishes and artful dinners in October. Each edition has its own character and story.

We start on 7 March with a surprising plant-based 4-course dinner on the occasion of Wissel 'ns Wat Week. A tasty evening focusing on plant-based dishes and showing how surprising and refined this cuisine can be.

7 March - Wissel 'ns Wat - Plant-based enjoyment 🌿
Be surprised by pure, creative dishes full of flavour. During Wissel 'ns Wat week, we put the power of plant-based food centre stage.

5 April - Merry Easter Brunch - Cosiness with family & the Easter Bunny 🐰
Enjoy a festive brunch full of goodies together. A table full of spring flavours in a warm, cheerful atmosphere.

2 May - Spring at the Table - The white gold in the lead 🌱
Asparagus at its best! A sophisticated spring menu in which white gold shines.

23 May - Spanish Evening - Paella, tapas & sangria in sultry atmosphere
An evening full of Spanish flavours, aromas and conviviality.

18 July - Chill & Grill - Summer BBQ on the terrace 🔥
Relax and enjoy surprising grill dishes, fresh salads and a long summer evening on the terrace

22 August - Zeeland Mussel Night - Pure from the sea 🌊
Fresh mussels, pure flavours and a hint of salty sea air.

3 to 25 October - KunstSmullen 3-course dinner - Art on the plate 🎨
A culinary 3-course dinner combining gastronomy and creativity.

21 November - Wild game dinner - Autumn at its best 🦌
Rich flavours, tough dishes and the warmth of the season. An evening full of character.
