Trainee Host or Hostess
Within our Food, Beverage & Banqueting department, we have opportunities for a trainee host or hostess in the new school year.
During this instructive and varied internship, you will be responsible, together with other colleagues, for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for our guests. As a host or hostess, you will strive to make our guests feel at ease and make their stay perfect, both in the restaurant and hotel bar as well as in our meeting rooms and KABAN. You do this by performing mise en place duties, but above all by maintaining contact with our guests. This includes serving food and drinks, selling wines and taking care of parties, events and weddings. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with menus, dishes, drinks and current and upcoming banqueting events so that you can provide the best possible service to our guests.
You will be part of a team of 25 and answerable to the Food & Beverage Managers.

- MBO Hotel School
- Knowledge of Restaurant & Banqueting
- Knowledge of drinks and food
- Curiosity

- Enthusiasm and drive
- ABN, repré care and appearance
- Independence
- Flexibility with regard to working hours
