In our friendly kitchen team and in our brand-new kitchen, we have room for a driven independent working chef.
Team & variety
Together with our enthusiastic and driven kitchen team, you will ensure an optimal culinary experience for our guests. The de creativiteit and presentation of our contemporary dishes set us apart in the market. For the kitchen team, there is plenty of variety in work with à la carte cooking for restaurant Cambium, our varied business lunch buffets, the business and festive banquet dinners, outdoor cooking on the terraces and walking dinners in private dining rooms. Our guests are culinary surprised and pampered at any time of the day.
Development & function
You will have varied working hours and duties within the kitchen team of 9 people and will be responsible to the head chef. Creativity and an active input in developing new dishes is highly appreciated! You will also be given room to follow specific workshops to further develop yourself in your field. We like to work with regional and organic products, fruit from our own garden and work with the finest products from specialised suppliers. We apply a modern cooking style with international influences and enjoy beautifully prepared and tasty dishes. Sustainability is of paramount importance. Moreover, you will work in a brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and a fantastic working environment. Even in the heat of the moment, it remains pleasantly cool!
For this position, you have the diploma independent working cook (level 3 or higher), have several years of relevant work experience and are enthusiastic about your profession. You know what it is like to work at changing times and are just as critical and driven as your colleagues. You are eager to learn and have an eye for detail so that every dish leaves the kitchen perfect!
